Shipping & Delivery:  At this time, Vital Outdoors ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Vital Outdoors ships approved merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International:  Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Vital Outdoors is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax:  Vital Outdoors charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy:  Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 60 days of receipt.  The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.  Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Refund will be issued in the form of original payment. Sorry, store credit is not available.  Returns due to some fault of Vital Outdoors will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs-UPS Ground or US Mail only.  Express shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Warranties: Every item Vital Outdoors carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufactures.  ALL WARRANTY ITEMS MUST BE INSPECTED TO INSURE IF THE ITEM CAN BE COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURES WARRANTY POLICY.  We cannot determine if a item is defective without seeing it.  Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship.  Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under any warranty.  It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.

Labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty.
